Last updated: 23 July 2026. These terms govern use of this website (launchpad.cordrey.co). They do not govern the delivery of a website-creation engagement — Launchpad is currently in early access and any engagement is agreed under separate written terms before work begins.

1. This website is informational

This website describes the Launchpad service and lets you send an enquiry. Nothing on this website constitutes a contractual offer, a quotation, or professional advice. Service descriptions, example outputs and timelines are illustrative; the scope, price and terms of any actual engagement are agreed in writing (email suffices) before it starts.

2. Enquiries

Submitting the enquiry form creates no obligation on either side. We aim to respond within two working days. How enquiry data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, probe or disrupt the service, submit unlawful content through the form, or use the form to send spam or marketing to us.

4. Intellectual property

The Launchpad name, logo, design and content of this website, and the underlying template system, are the operator's property or used under licence (see the Legal notice). Browsing this site grants no rights over them.

5. Future service terms

Before any paid engagement, you will receive service terms covering scope, price and VAT treatment, intellectual-property ownership (the delivered website and its content belong to the customer; the Launchpad template system and tooling remain ours), review and approval of AI-drafted copy, and data protection. Those terms — not this document — will govern the engagement.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, the operator is not liable for damage arising from reliance on the information on this website, which is provided "as is" for general information.

7. General

These terms are governed by Spanish law, with disputes submitted to the courts of Málaga, Spain, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise. If any clause is found invalid, the remainder stands.
